Job Description :
- Permanent position for a Civil Designer for design and development of commercial and residential land development projects.
- Design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Responsible for design of site plans and subdivisions, including drainage and utility design.
- Travel for site visits and project presentation at various Township / Authority Boards.
- Preparation of surveys.
- Drawing up specifications.
Required Qualifications :
- BS Civil Engineering
- E.I.T. desired.
- Minimum 3 years experience with site development design.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with grading and site contouring.
- Availability for site visits.
