Job Description :

  • Permanent position for an Engineering Sales Manager to grow sales volume, expand markets, and develop products and services for industrial boilers.

  • Develop internal Industrial Boiler team including sales, engineering and manufacturing.

  • Review & develop Industrial Boiler products and services.

  • Expand sales and marketing of Industrial Boiler products in established and new markets. Establish sales forecast and provide input to division P&L budget.

  • Review & develop the rep organization, evaluating effectiveness and sales abilities of current agencies.

  • Educate and train reps using presentations, webinars and on-site visits.

  • Create pricing schedules based on product, accessory costs and targeted GPs.

  • Enhance existing sales and tech literature and provide input for the division web site.

  • Visit and exhibit at important industry and market-driven trade shows.

  • Collect field intelligence to determine market direction and investment.

  • Supports VP with Industrial Boiler efforts to generate and develop new business

  • Supports VP with Industrial Boiler activities to maintain and nurture existing client relationships

  • Functions as liaison between client companies, account executive, and operations staff.

  • Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of industry product information.

  • Requires 30-40% travel: 6-8 days per month.

Required Qualifications :

  • BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.

  • Experience with HVAC, Steam, or Electric Heating a significant plus.

  • Minimum 6 years sales management experience.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Requires 30-40% travel: 6-8 days per month.
