Job Description :
- Permanent position for an Inside Sales Engineer with industrial equipment knowledge of pumps, compressors, mixers, conveyors, etc.
- Provide technical support for customer's equipment and reliability issues and help find a solution.
- Candidate will be trained in company products and learn at seminars, courses and trade shows.
- Utilize problem solving skills to solve new and interesting problems.
- Some travel to customers, usually with our outside sales people, is expected, but work will primarily be from the office.
- Substantial customer contact, including telephone and email inquiries.
Required Qualifications :
- BS Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience with process industry mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, mixers, conveyors, etc.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication.
- Some travel to customer sites, but most work will be from the office.
