Job Description :
- Permanent position for an MEP Drafting Department Lead to support the MEP Division.
- Manage all drafting responsibilities for creating drawings using Revit, BIM and AutoCAD software.
- Drafting and managing the MEP drafting department for the production of HVAC, Electrical, Instrumentation, Plumbing and Fire Protection contract drawings for bid.
- Work on varying projects for different clients with different drafting standards.
- Coordinate with different clients to ensure drawings are set up per a specific project’s Drafting Standards
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of Revit, BIM and CAD drafting experience.
- Minimum 3 years of managing a group of draftspersons for an Engineering firm.
- Experience in the latest versions of Revit and BIM.
- Experience in the latest versions of AutoCAD.
- Experience with Microstation is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
