Job Description :
- Permanent position for a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) responsible for the safety, productivity, and quality for production and shop floor employees.
- Ensure the team is achieving productivity goals.
- Ensure the team is adhering to company initiatives and culture throughout the shop floor.
- Spend a majority of time on the shop floor with the shop floor employees.
- Responsible for coaching, mentoring, training and communicating with shop floor employees
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Production Supervisor for cell manufacturing.
- Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Experience meeting KPIs in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with process optimization and cost reduction.
- Experience with safety and quality in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Second shift hours are 3:00pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday.
