Job Description :
TerkoTech Scientific Staffing is a division of Engineering Resource Group, an established provider of technical staffing services. We are looking to expand our recruiting staff as we anticipate substantial business growth this year. Our recruiters average more than 15 years of experience with us, and ALL were retained during the pandemic. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting candidates for both contract and permanent scientific positions from our established database.
- Sourcing new candidates from online resume databases and online job postings.
- Conducting screening interviews and preparing candidates for interviews.
- You will be recruiting under the guidance and support of experienced account executives.
- This is a full time (40 hours per week) in-office role in our brand new office in Parsippany’s Gatehall office park, but we can accommodate flexible work hours.
Required Qualifications :
- BS degree in a scientific field (biology, chemistry, food science, etc.) preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a scientific position or technical recruiting role.
- Enthusiastic and optimistic team player with strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Initial annual compensation is estimated in the $52-$75k range, but commissions can make future compensation substantially higher.
